We ensure at every point that the product being delivered is genuine and in working condition.

Under some unforeseen circumstances if the product is received in damaged condition, kindly inform us to get the product replaced or else get complete refund will be arranged*

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 8-10 working days. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Screwfix, No.247/1, Near Archana Grand, Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bangalore - 560068

Our local pick up facility is not available now, and according to our return policy, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would suggest your returning via local post office rather than Aramex, FedEx, DHL, DTDC etc, which will cost a large amount of shipping fee.

Please put a paper with your order number, return reason on it so we can do the refund to you without delay. Once we have received your return, your refund will be settled in 8-10 working days.
